Mafia Wars - Zynga Customer Support

This screenshot is sent by one of my best mafia.. He likes to remain as anonymous..
Thank you sharing..

Please check the reply from Zynga Customer Support about his issue when he submitted one ticket..
He had some problems on his Mafia Wars account.. but please read what the Support person answered.

They simply copy-paste the answer for every email! Gotcha!
Wait, they have different Customer Support for each games, right?
Can not imagine if the same Support team has to answer all complains, questions etc for all of Zynga's games!

Forgot to report that we have the Super Duper Pignatas again (and again). Feel free to send and accept more if you have not got the Super item of Gray Wolf yet!

Ok, enough for today... Feel my eyes are so heavy already...
Once again, have a great weekend all!

zLotto - New Prize!!!!

There is a new prize on zLotto..
First, we can see that the rewards from FarmVille game is available... You can play zLotto to win 4 items from this game.

Second, if you have nothing else to do, you can still try to play to win 3 keys and get the Grand Prize!

Yes, you are able to win a sneak peak of Zynga's new game which is coming this fall!
Well, I was just curious and tried my luck..

I only won 2 keys so far.. I guess it's not easy to get the 3rd one..

You can use any glitches on zLotto.. The one to use many emails and also from opening several tabs to open multiple your tickets..
Only if you want to..

PS : Thanks to Johnny for the info!

This Weekend : Free Property Upgrade!

the Community Manager has spread the news on Zynga Forum! We are able to upgrade our Property for free but only for one time! Check on the thread below, please..

Thread link : http://forums.zynga.com/showthread.php?t=730182

It's the first property that you select.. But it's stupid to even have this event because we're only able to upgrade 1 property for free.

So be careful to choose and then click to upgrade!
Anyway, enjoy the free property upgrade, my friends..
